Galvanizing Spray

SYNOL NT-SEIZE COMPOUND (Antiseize Compound)

CVC GALVANIZING SPRAY is a highly effective cold galvanizing spray. It provides protection for all polished metal surfaces, and on the other hand, forms a highly adhesive, fast drying permanent primer for all types of paints. It is also suited as a primer for bonded lubricants. The outstanding corrosion protection characteristics show up especially in Electro-chemical (cathodic) corrosion protection, which prevents damages, e.g., scratched surfaces, from rusting after treatment. In the open air weather test CVC GALVANIZING SPRAY shows no signs of rust even after several months.

CVC VISCOLUBE® (T) (Tacky Sprayable Grease)

VISCOLUBE ‘T’ – Tacky Synthetic Chain Oil specially formulated for instant maintenance and protection of vehicle. It is a on-dripping, non-staining lubricant which sprays like oil but sticks like grease. It has good penetrating properties with excellent clinging to all types of surface. It does not splash from open gears and fast moving surfaces. It generates tacky, long lasting lubricative film. It is best for Bicycle/ Motorbike chains. It is used for door locks, hinges, wires, bearings chains, gears etc.

COMPLUBE-280 (Synthetic Compressor Oil)

COMPLUBE-280 is a fully Synthetic Compressor Oil specifically developed for Rotary Screw Compressors. It is formulated with latest friction reducing technology to provide Long Life, Energy Savings & High Performance. Also it is fortified with Antifoaming agent, E.P. additives, Rust & Corrosion Inhibitors for heavy duty lubrication for wide operating temperature range. These oils are available in wide range of viscosity for all Screw Compressors.

SYNOL NT-SEIZE COMPOUND (Antiseize Compound)

NT-SEIZE COMPOUND is a highly concentrated microsize Molybdenm disulphide & graphite based multipurpose assembly/lubricating paste fortified with special additives to withstand very high temperature and extreme loads. It is most ideally suitable as an assembly paste for grease lubricating system to ensure freedom from scuffing and scoring. NT-SEIZE COMPOUND eliminates metal to metal contact between nuts and bolts preventing them from seizing leading to breakage under extremely heavy load.

CVC Bird gel is an inert Non-Toxic Eco-friendly gel to prevent bird from roofing and perching. It is non-corrosive and it is not much affected by dust & contamination & withstands all types of weathers such as rain, snow, heat etc. It is a bio-degradable product & non-hazardous as defined in
29CFR 1910 1200.

CVC ELECTROLUBE (Electrical Contact Cleaner)

ELECTROLUBE is a high quality electrical contact cleaner-cum-lubricant, which cleans carbon deposits, greases and other contaminants and protects electrical contacts from humidity and corrosion. It maintains electrical conductivity, prevents electrolytic action and eliminates contact burns providing a non-drying water repellant film.
It is a blend of selective solvents & chemical additives. It is blended with synthetic lubricants, fortified with rust and corrosion inhibitors with antiwear additives. This combination of chemicals and additives provides a powerful cleaning action of carbon and other deposits on electrical contacts without harming the electrical hardware in the vicinity of contacts. In addition to that it protects contacts from rust & corrosion and wear & tear.
It cleans contacts without dismantling them when sprayed from Aerosol tin.

CVC Aquakleen

CVC AQUAKLEEN (High Performance general purpose cleaner)

CVC AQUAKLEEN is a high performance concentrate for water dilution. It is a revolutionary formulation of surfactants, detergents & additives uniquely blended to aggressively and specifically attack heavy oily and greasy contaminants. With its unique formula it penetrates, wets & lifts off oily & greasy deposits from any surfaces. The surface can be wiped clean or rinsed with water after allowing it for a few minutes to work.
It is used at concentration of 5 to 50 % with water depending on what is intended to be cleaned. It is important that the solution must be continuously agitated while the water is being added. Normally 5 to 10 minutes are allowed after dipping the components in the AQUAKLEEN solution after which components can be wiped free of contaminants or rinsed with water. (See Guidelines overleaf)
