KNITLUBE CVC KNITLUBE (Synthetic Knitting Oil)
It is a fully formulated Synthetic Knitting oil, especially designed for the lubrication of needles of circular knitting machine to provide long life and extremely low friction performance. It is a non-staining synthetic oil which does not leave any carbonaceous deposit and due to its excellent lubricity, it reduces the power requirement of the drives. Its mild antistatic and antirust properties make it suitable for use in high speed knitting, texturizing and winding machinery employed in Textile and Polymer industries. It is approved by Mayer, Terrot, Fukuhara and other leading manufacturers of Knitting Machinery. TEXLUBE® is a non-staining cleaner-cum-lubricant for modern textile machinery used for various operations such as spinning, winding and weaving knitting etc. Based on a specialty cleaner, synthetic lubricant and other chemical additives, it immediately penetrates and cleans fluff, dust and other deposits accumulated on surfaces. ES-9 SYNOL ES-9 (Synthetic Spindle Oil)
This is a specially formulated eco-friendly long life spindle oil for the lubrication of high speed Textile spindles to provide energy saving, long life to spindles. It is available in different viscosity grades to suit the end use requirement of high speed, load and temperature and environmental conditions of Textile spindles and similar applications. It is a non-staining synthetic oil which does not leave any carbonaceous deposit. Due to its excellent lubricity it reduces the power consumption of spindles by 8 - 10%.

XA-400 Grease SYNOL XA - 400 (Heavy duty / High Temperature Moly Grease)
It is a specially blended formulation of complex soap based grease fortified with Molybdenum disulphide and other special additives to meet critical conditions for automotive and industrial applications. It is specially suited for the lubrication of high speed, high temperature, ball and roller bearings, needle bearings, plain bearing, king pins, ball joints, linkages etc. under operating temperature and environmental adverse conditions such as heavy loads, corrosion and dusty atmosphere.

SILCOLEASE (FR) CVC SILCOLEASE (FR) (SILICONE SPINNERETTE SPRAY)
A high grade custom formulated Silicone based heavy duty release agent for synthetic fibres such as Nylon, Polyesters, Acrylics, etc. It is formulated with thermally stable Silicones, which resist high temperature with low volatility. It is regularly sprayed on spinnerets through which synthetic filament yarn is drawn, so that sticking of filaments with one another or with spinneret is avoided. It also makes higher temperature extrusion possible to increase production of synthetic filaments.

WASHLUBE CVC WASHLUBE (Synthetic Loom Oil)
A unique, water washable, non-staining, synthetic lubricant for centralized lubrication system (oil box) for all types of weaving looms. It has a long life because of its excellent oxidation stability. The inherent nature of synthetic oil has very low friction & wear and also because of its anticorrosive property it extends life of all moving parts lubricated by it. STITCHLUBE CVC STITCHLUBE (Synthetic Stitching Oil)
CVC STITCHLUBE is a fully formulated stitching oil, specially designed for the lubrication of modern sewing machines such as JUKI, PEGASUS, PFAFF, SUNSTAR, SIRUBA, SINGER, BROTHER, YAMOTO, REECE, RIMOLDI etc. It lasts much longer then the conventional petroleum oils. Because of its low friction, it reduces power consumption. It is a non-staining oil. It does not leave any carbonaceous deposit and reduces maintenance costs considerably. The oil is completely water washable and it does not leave any stain after the fabric is washed. It is available in different viscosity grades if required.

VISCOLUBE (HT) CVC VISCOLUBE (HT) (Energy Saving Synthetic Stenter Chain Oil)
CVC VISCOLUBE (HT) is a fully synthetic chain oil, specially designed for the lubrication of Stenter chains, to provide high temperature, anti-wear performance. It is a synthetic oil, which does not leave any carbonaceous deposit and due to its low friction, it reduces the energy requirement of stenter drive. It extends the maintenance shutdown period of chain cleaning in stenters.
It is used for all types of stenters including heat setting types upto 250°C and therefore more suitable for higher temperature application and longer duration applications than conventionally used chains oil. It can also be used for high temperature conveyor bearings of paint ovens and furnaces etc. It is also an eco-friendly, biodegradable chain oil.

NT-STAT-52 CVC NT-STAT-52 (Antistatic Coning Oil for Synthetic Fibres)
NT-STAT 52 is a thermally stable compound, which has been developed as a lubricant for texturising of nylon and polyester yarns. It is substantive to nylon and polyester and forms a strongly adherent film with the highest intermolecular cohesion, imparting low and uniform frictional properties to these fibres.

With regards to friction and lubrication of synthetic fibres, the behaviour of synthetic fibres can be divided into 3 categories, namely, the boundary, semi-boundary and hydrodynamic. The hydrodynamic friction is ascribed in the speed range above 5.5 meters per minute. It follows that intermittant contacts between fibres and substrate exist in the boundary region, whereas a continuous fluid film separates fibre from substrate in the hydrodynamic region.
NT-STAT 52 has high wetting property for nylon and polyester. This is clear from the surface tension data as under: -
Nylon : 46 dynes / cm.
Polyester : 43 dynes / cm.
NT-STAT 52 : 30 dynes / cm.
This clearly indicates perfect wetting of NT-STAT 52 for those above two fibres.
Another important parameter in the fibre lubrication is lubricant viscosity.
